The Ethics & Compliance team is responsible for Alcoa's Ethics & Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. Reporting to the Director of Alcoa's Anti-Corruption Program, the Compliance Analyst will support the organization's efforts to maintain a culture of integrity and compliance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring compliance initiatives, and promoting a strong culture of integrity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in the ethics and compliance field. This junior level position is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global compliance frameworks in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
