MicroHealth is seeking a Program Manager (PM) for effort supporting the National Guard Bureau (NGB) National Capital Region's (NCR) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) infrastructure, networks, Audio/Visual (A/V) services, photo services, telecommunications services, and associated services. NGB NCR NEC utilizes the ITIL best practices framework as the basis for ITSM IT model. This is a Planned Position. Location: 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA with some travel required to Offices located at the Pentagon, Ft. McNair, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall and the NGB Alternate Site. Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret Required Job Duties: The PM shall serve as the contractor's single TO manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the AAS CO, AAS COR, and ARNG TPOC for the TO. The PM shall also be responsible for management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this TO. PM shall provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of TO. The PM shall conduct meetings and provide deliverables IAW the Government-approved delivery schedule. This support includes technical activities as well as establishing priorities, adjusting schedules, projecting staffing, estimating rough costs, and developing high-level Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation. Projects may encompass all facets of NGB NCR NEC operations. Required Qualifications:
