GENERAL FUNCTIONS The Sr. Director of Operations oversees all operations and people management aspects of an optical lab. The scope of the role may vary based on various factors, such as the volume, number of employees, the type of lab, and other factors. The volume of jobs per day is approximately >6 for Industrial labs. The responsibility includes strategy and leadership to achieve metrics for safety, quality, production, and people management. The Director of Operations is responsible for developing high-performing teams, customer-service focus, leading change, continuous improvement, driving results, inspecting what is expected, and building a best-in-class working environment. Reports to the Vice President of Operations and communicates performance progress and support needed. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range: 177,353.00-213,284.14 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
