Finance Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Finance Intern at TruStone, you'll have the opportunity to help with the daily operations of our Finance department as well as take on individual responsibilities that will drive the development and execution of select projects. Working collectively with the team, you'll gain exposure to a variety of real-world Finance functions as you work on a variety of assignments, to include but not limited to: Contributing to the production and analysis of financial and management reports, including balance sheet, income statement and key metrics; assisting with the preparation of Asset Liability Management (ALM) reports and analysis, including interest rate risk and liquidity management; assisting with setup of portions of the annual budgeting process; and contributing to unit profitability reporting. And, as part of the internship, you'll get to complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight on your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 2 - August 8, 2025). The schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm and this position will be based out of our Plymouth Corporate Office.

In addition, we're looking for:

• Third- or fourth-year college students in active pursuit of a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related, and a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above.
• Availability to work full-time throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 2 - August 8, 2025).
• Basic understanding of the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Adaptability in a fast, ever-changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks or work in unfamiliar areas.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

PAY RANGE:
$18 - $25/hour
