General Purpose and Scope of Position: The Location Operations Manager manages the interaction of support groups within the location including warehouse, production plants (fertilizer, manufacturing), seed, safety, compliance, dispatch and administrative processes. It is the responsibility of the Location Operations Manager to ensure each area of the business operates efficiently to achieve goals and interacts effectively with the other functions within the locations, district, and region. Reports include plant, warehouse, drivers, application (if applicable), customer service, and dispatch support. Key Skills and Abilities Include:
