North Campus - Carrollton, GA, US, 3011 As the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Southwire, you will spearhead the maintenance operations at the North Campus location, overseeing a substantial team of Maintenance Technicians, Electronics Technicians, Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Planner(s). This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will lead maintenance strategies, manage projects, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of 35+ including Maintenance Technicians, Electronics Technicians, and Maintenance Supervisors fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
Short Description
Education, Experience, and Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software, preferably SAP PM. Competencies
