Position Summary: The Flex Tech is responsible for acting as a cross functional partner to multiple departments throughout the facility while practicing lean initiatives. This position will assist several different departments when needed to ensure a steady and balanced work environment. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy. Split Shift Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (8 hour shift schedule) 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (10 hour overtime shift schedule) Essential Functions:
