Job Summary: This individual will guarantee the delivery of outstanding service to our client with the end goal of building and sustaining long-term relationship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the backup to the Office Manager, providing support in their absence and ensuring seamless office operations * Assist the Office Manager in all administrative duties. * Provides continued high standard of service and communication. * Research data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings. * Performs an ongoing relationship with clients and their local teams. * Leads internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field. * Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong customer service. * Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. * Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a client service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience. * Food & beverage and or client service manager experience. * Excellent communication skills required. * Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers.
