  • Financial Statement Preparation - Assist in the analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Greenhouse Gas Emission Reporting - Help compile and report on greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to our sustainability efforts
  • Quarterly Close Support - Play a key role in the quarterly close process, preparing month-end close binders and participating in the tie out of financial statements
  • Process Documentation - Help document and improve accounting processes and procedures for the division

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Assist with review of multiple international affiliate financial statements for compliance with US GAAP on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Prepare electronic month-end close binders
  • Participate in month-end group close process and tie out of financial statements
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary
  • Assist with SOX internal control compliance
  • Help gather and track data for greenhouse gas emission reporting requirements.
  • Update current process flowcharts



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuing a degree in Accounting with the intention of taking the CPA exam.
  • Interest and desire to work on projects in a multinational team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication (written and verbal), time management, problem-solving, organization, listening, asking questions, and taking notes.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivation to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.



DURATION



  • Summer 2025 (approximately 10-12 weeks)
  • The hours will be approximately 30/wk.
