Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR Communications to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies that support Marvell's Human Resources (HR) organization. This is position reports directly to Marvell's Associate Vice President, Communications.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with Human Resources (HR) goals and the Chief Human Resources Officer's objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify communication needs and opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, providing strategic counsel on effective communication practices.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and subject matter experts to shape messaging and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Create comprehensive communications plans for internal programs, change initiatives, and key business priorities.
  • Develop high-quality content for various channels, including the employee intranet, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance content creation, message personalization, and data-driven communication.
  • Craft engaging and inspiring content to support business strategy and connect with Marvell employees worldwide.
  • Engage stakeholders, understand their perspectives, and tailor communications to targeted audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing insights to refine strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Support organizational announcements and key HR communication to ensure timely, relevant employee engagement.
  • Lead business transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Execute communications programs through multiple channels, including the intranet, all-employee meetings, manager trainings, and digital platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, providing strategic counsel, articulating ideas clearly, managing differing perspectives, and building strong relationships.
  • Experience crafting culturally sensitive communications for a diverse, global workforce.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to refine and enhance communication strategies.
  • Expertise in strategic thinking and problem-solving for complex communication challenges.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance strategy and program results.
  • Ability to define performance metrics to and measure communication effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a track record of driving results.
  • Experience contributing to and leading high-performance teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, accessible language.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and motivation.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry highly desired.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources programs and disciplines.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

134,210 - 201,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
