Description
We are hiring a Salesforce CRM Support Specialist! This person will be a member of a global team supporting Salesforce's Sales and Service Cloud platforms within Steelcase's IT environment.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of system administration experience with Salesforce or equivalent technology platform
  • Sales Cloud proficiency required.
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Salesforce administration experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including ability to articulate complex problems in a simple manner.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Able to teach and train end-users in a 1:1 setting
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to Agile/Scrum practices, if needed.
What You Will Be Doing:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Steelcase's Salesforce instance. The core job functions include working with various business partners to support, train, and communicate with them regarding their usage of Salesforce Lightning, and other applicable systems.
The responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of Steelcase:
  • Handle user inquiries and enhancement requests logged as support tickets, resolving issues or escalating them to appropriate subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Adapts to various processes but also identifies and suggests improvements to process efficiency
  • Supports project delivery through the adoption and support of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to communicate findings and raise issues to management.
  • Ensures data validity, monitors Salesforce database, looks after data integrity while adhering to compliance policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and implements solutions to increase efficiency in the sales processes

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000-121,700. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
