The hiring range for this role is: 54,776.00 - 76,820.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay. This position provides Workplace Services (WPS) support across all divisions/depts. This includes the scheduling and coordinating daily guest/visitor/vendor building access and registration, administration of the access control security system and creation of keycard/photo ID's; vendor management (contract management, coordination of services/maintenance, invoice processing and expense tracking. Coordination of furniture/equipment/repairs by staff carpenter. Secondary responsibilities include management of Life Safety program and coordination of building emergency/evacuation drills, Sourcing and preparing yearly vendor maintenance and service agreements, onsite support of new employee orientation, management/updating of all WPS processes and procedures with building management as well as BCBSA business continuity teams, and participation in WPS Managment Initiatives. Education, Experience, and Certification Education Preferred: BA or BS degree in Facility Management or CFM certification a plus.
