Join our dynamic Go-to-Market Digital team as Vice President, Digital Marketing Technology. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction of the marketing technology team, implementing technology solutions to support our Go-To-Market capabilities. Reporting to the CTO of nVent, you will lead the implementation of strategic digital transformation initiatives globally, ensuring delightful customer experiences and meeting enterprise standards. You will support the company's priority of migrating to cloud-based platforms and be responsible for detailed analysis of the technology landscape. You will build implementation roadmaps to create a cohesive set of go-to-market digital capabilities that deliver business value for nVent. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Serve as the chief technology solution architect for marketing technology products.
- Manage the strategic roadmap and day-to-day operations for all go-to-market platforms i.e. Acquia-Drupal, Informatica P360 (PIM), Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Commerce, Marketo, PriceFx.
- Create platform and product roadmaps to enable advanced digital marketing capabilities.
- Oversee the delivery of a robust and scalable e-commerce infrastructure.
- Deploy SEO and SEM tools to support nVent's e-commerce goals.
- Evaluate and optimize nVent websites for enhancements, maintenance, and adoption
- Support the development of the marketing analytics strategy.
- Collaborate with various functions and segments across nVent to align capabilities with business needs.
- Manage vendor engagements and ensure on-time and on-quality delivery of software.
- Deliver marketing technology capabilities and monitor the adoption across the company on a proactive basis.
- Lead integration across digital channels.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, Marketing, or Digital functional areas, with 5+ years in recent Digital-focused roles.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in IT, Marketing, or Digital functional areas.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Expertise in product finding methodologies, product taxonomy, internal search optimization, and Ecommerce delivery, specifically with Salesforce CommerceCloud.
- Proficiency in content management systems, particularly Drupal.
- Experience in enhancing conversions and mitigating friction across all phases of the eCommerce journey.
- Expertise in utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) software such as Informatica P360.
- Skilled in leveraging Marketo for marketing automation.
- Possesses an architectural mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Focus on day-to-day operations, with the ability to monitor and optimize performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong management presence, exhibiting confidence, professionalism, and leadership acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development processes.
Pay Transparency: nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $205,000 - $290,000 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives. WE HAVE:
