As an Aerospace Account Manager, you will achieve all sales and market goals for an assigned region by personal and direct sales, assurance of accurate performance of products, and managing the complete sales process to major accounts or groups of accounts within our Aerospace customers in the Greater Dallas / Ft. Worth Metro Area, TX.

This role can be remote field sales and services role but will require you to live in a reasonable proximity to the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area. You will report to the Business Director.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop forecasts for customers and products and advises management of new or changed conditions.
• Work with major Aerospace OEMs to identify technology solutions and manage the commercialization of these solutions through qualification and production launch.
• Use a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.
• Understand the prospect's needs and market solutions which align to those needs.
• Develop a sales territory, attracting and driving new business following a strategic territory plan.
• Travel up to 30% throughout North America and worldwide to support customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Two (2) or more years' of experience in a Direct or Business to business sales role required.
• Previous Aerospace products/industry experience.
• Travel up to 30% throughout North America and worldwide to support customers.
• Must be a US Citizen.
