Diversion Coordinator
Who We Are
RFK Community Alliance provides high-quality care and support to people and families facing complex challenges. As a multi-service agency, we offer a wide range of programs that address diverse needs across all ages, from infants to seniors. We work collaboratively with the individuals we serve, their families, schools, and community partners to create a robust network of support, fostering skills, confidence, and resilience.
The Diversion Coordinator is responsible for the daily case management for youth participating in the Commonwealth's diversion program. The Diversion Coordinator is the main point of contact for youth in diversion, their families, service providers and diversion referrers. Coordinators must be able to build professional relationships and rapport with each of these groups. The person in this position must be able to work well with youth and adolescents. Applicants should be highly motivated, critical thinkers who are able to adapt to evolving circumstances and who are passionate about the goals of the diversion program. Our team is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment, serving youth of all ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities, including LGBTQIA+ youth. Joining this program means becoming a part of a mission-driven effort to help young people set positive goals, unlock their potential, and build brighter futures.
