In addition to providing leadership to the team of managers or professionals that directly manage these key functional areas - this role is responsible for partnering with the Head of HR and other Directors on delivering
MCC HR strategies and enhancing overall employee experience within the College. It is likewise responsible for enabling end-to-end talent process linkage through internal collaboration, process renovation and technology enablement or implementation. This position serves the purpose of supporting and empowering the total Talent team and developing an integrated, end-to-end perspective of the various talent processes to elevate the value of Talent for the College.
Typical Essential Duties We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Talent Management. As the Director of Talent Management, the incumbent will play a critical role in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as creating a positive and engaging work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to effectively lead and drive change within an ever-evolving organization.
Director, Talent Management Responsibilities

Physical Requirements Positions in this class typically require: grasping, hearing, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, talking, visual acuity, and walking. The work is sedentary work which requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly.
