We currently have an opening in our Germantown, MD office for a Business Development Director. This position designs, leads and implements the strategic business capture plan for the DoD, IC, DHS, DOJ, DOS and International business initiatives under Thales Defense and Security, Inc. (TDSI). This position reports to the Vice President of the DRT business line out of our Germantown, MD location. Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's operating policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and providing for employee discipline when required; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Active mentoring and development of staff is critical element of the supervisory responsibilities. The annualized pay range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 15%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
