As a Senior Finance Manager on the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) finance team, you will partner with business leaders to manage financial performance and resources allocation, facilitate trade-off decision making to mitigate financial risks. You will be responsible for CE&S process excellence and Finance rhythm of business include planning, forecasting, and monthly performance.We are seeking a motivated, collaborative finance professional with established skills in business partnership, a desire for results and building business insights, as well as proficient communication, and coordination skills. ResponsibilitiesPrioritizeDrive CE&S HQ Team's cost & headcount forecast accuracy and create a deep understanding of CE&S team performance to articulate story to Finance leaders and business partners to provide actionable insights and drive accountability.Lead rhythm of the business across all the teams in CE&S Finance for performance, forecast and budgeting with efficiency and effectivenessDrive outlined communication strategy with related Field Finance communityActs as a change agent, relentlessly seeks opportunities Drive continued improvement on finance process, tools and reporting strategy. PartnershipExecute core monthly financial processes, reporting and provide visibility into execution variance versus plan for CE&S HQ team. Communicate results to senior business partners and facilitate trade off decision making to mitigate financial riskMaintains working knowledge of Microsoft financial systems, policies, and processes to evaluate potential impacts of changes, and drives improvements in efficiency and accuracy. ProtectEnsures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes.Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
