Job Description Summary Enterprise co-founded Power Forward Communities (PFC), a landmark coalition with some of the country's most trusted community development, climate, and housing organizations. It is purpose-built to decarbonize America's homes and drive a market transformation that cuts costs, benefits renters and homeowners, and focuses on low-income communities nationwide. The EPA has awarded the coalition a $2 billion National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant. Together with our coalition partners - Rewiring America, Habitat for Humanity International, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and United Way Worldwide - Enterprise will use this award to deploy a powerful combination of financing, market building, and community engagement to create healthier, safer, and more affordable homes.The National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF), part of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), represents one of the most profound public investments in climate resilience in our nation's history. With this award, Enterprise has been entrusted to help turn the nation's most critical climate legislation into transformational housing legislation by lowering costs and ensuring tens of thousands of affordable homes are built or preserved. The Vice President, sitting in Enterprise's Office of the CEO, is a key leadership role serving as the CEO's advisor and partner, responsible for the implementation of Enterprise's NCIF grant and overall strategic direction for IRA and climate related business and funding opportunities for Enterprise. They will also work closely within the PFC coalition, the EPA and other federal agencies and offices. Job Description The Vice President, Enterprise Green Accelerator will: Advise the CEO and drive development of business development opportunities and other strategic decisions associated with IRA, climate related market and funding opportunities Serve as lead oversight for the successful administration of the NCIF award, including managing accountability systems and solutioning for all aspects of associated grant related activities, including allocation, product development alignment and deployment and strategic guidance on all investment decisions
Establish and maintain effective working relationships at the highest levels of federal, state and local government in collaboration with Enterprise's climate-related functions (Green Development, Green Lending, Building Resilient Futures)
Establish and maintain effective working relationships in the corporate and philanthropy sectors in collaboration with Resource Development and Capital teams
Manage the Enterprise Green Accelerator Board convenings, approvals and engagement Business development:

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The basesalaryfor this role is $ 230,000 to $ 250,000, depending on level of skills and experience. Thesalaryrange for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.Thesalaryrange is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
