INVISTA is currently seeking a Global Quality Manager to lead our global quality capability, ensuring our operating sites maintain our strict quality guidelines and standards. Our Team Our team is composed of skilled professionals who specialize in various aspects of engineering and quality management. They work closely together to drive continuous improvement and ensure that INVISTA's products and processes meet the highest standards. This role will partner with our technical and business teams to understand the quality requirements for new customers and product segments, making recommendations on operational changes and capital investment. What You Will Do * Provide strategic leadership to the operating sites around compliance with INVISTA's quality guidelines and ISO standards. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by improving transparency in key quality metrics and ensuring quality issues are properly investigated and resolutions implemented. * Establish a global quality community of practice, leveraging learnings and improvements across our operating sites. * Work closely with technical and commercial teams to understand customer quality needs in order to make recommendations on operational changes and capital investment to add new customers and product segments. * Ensure sites have the proper training and knowledge systems around quality and quality systems. * Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean). * Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance and control activities. * Proficiency in quality management software and tools. What Will Put You Ahead * 10+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt). * Experience in the chemical or textile industry. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry. * Demonstrated ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
