Position Details:

The Child Mind Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Systems Administrator to join our finance team. You will play a critical role in the maintenance and optimization of our Workday Financials modules and SAGE Intacct platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization. You will also help maintain other ancillary business systems connected to Workday Adaptive and SAGE Intacct and provide support to other ad-hoc finance transformation projects within the finance organization. You will need problem solving skills and experience streamlining processes and driving continuous quality improvement within our financial systems.

Reporting into the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this is an exempt, full-time, hybrid position (in office 3+ days/week) located in our NYC headquarters.

You Will:
  • Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning & SAGE Intacct platforms, including user management, data integration, model building, and system configuration.

  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to understand our requirements and translate them into applicable plans within the Adaptive Planning & SAGE Intacct platforms.

  • Develop reports, and dashboards to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, encouraging a positive user experience and promoting best practices.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system maintenance and implement enhancements or upgrades.

  • Ensure data integrity across Workday Adaptive and SAGE Intacct platforms by performing routine audits, validations, and reconciliations.

  • Support data imports, exports, and integrations between systems.

  • Enhance functionality of financial systems.

  • Stay current on Workday and SAGE Intacct updates and new features, assessing their impact on our organization and recommending adoption strategies.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Workday Adaptive Planning, SAGE Intacct or similar ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in Adaptive Planning and SAGE Intacct report building, formula writing, and model building/maintenance.

  • Experience communicating technical terminology to nontechnical individuals.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive and SAGE Intacct system deployments preferred.

  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau and other business intelligence systems.

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
