We're looking for an Associate Service Administrator who expects more from their career. It's a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby's Service Management team, where you'll work with the IT Service Manager to ensure world-class service for our key clients and internal/external IT Stakeholders. You will be a key part of the operation, collaborating with the IT Service Manager on client cases and onboardings while ensuring global service management processes and policies are being followed.

What we expect from you



  • Coordinate and track progress on key client onboarding processes.
  • Assist in service on cases and incidents from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that improve the quality of our service to customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with client advisors and the IT Service Manager to identify improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of introductory IT Service Management principles such as Service Level Agreements and Incident Urgencies/Impacts.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or other Service Management tools.
