Responsibilities

Works directly with brokers and high net worth clients to process new accounts, including tracking and recordkeeping. This role interacts with all clients and advisor partners of the firm, providing primary operational and client service support to the Nottingham team.

Essential Duties:

  • Prepare, procure, process and coordinate all account opening and account agreement documents
  • Enter, verify and maintain all customer and firm data in core recordkeeping and billing systems, CRM systems, and custodial platforms
  • Support Nottingham group with client analysis and reporting
  • Manage new client requests from financial advisor partners relating to account administration
  • Responsible for requesting and managing client documentation and reporting
  • Develop and maintain procedures for account opening and maintenance
  • Lead the initiative to facilitate efficient operations and system improvement projects
  • Oversee journals, accounts transfers and move money transactions
  • Train new employees on all operation procedures

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Wealth Management department, this position is responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the bank in achieving their goals.


Qualifications

Education, Training and Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in business and/or finance
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Skills:

  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently to facilitate problem solving.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products.

Experience:

  • 6 + years of experience in the financial service industry.
  • Familiarity with various broker/dealer and custodial platforms, specifically Charles Schwab, and their functions relating to account opening, paperwork processing, and account maintenance.
  • Experience with DocuSign or AdobeSign technology.
  • Experience in operations and client service functions at RIAs and/or broker/dealers.
