The position of Superintendent Operations, Marseilles facility reports directly to General Manager, Feed Operations. The Superintendent Operations, Marseilles is responsible for overall effective leadership and direction of the Marseilles Operation facility. This incumbent is also responsible for maintaining the technical expertise of the Department employees, monitoring their skill sets and development of training plans.
