We're looking for a Desktop Support Technician to keep our business running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. You'll work hands-on with employees at all levels-troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and more.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure seamless IT operations.
- Work alongside our corporate helpdesk team to resolve open Jira tickets.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment for employees, including new hires.
- Support Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain IT security, including software updates, patches, and threat response.
- Assist in IT projects and on-site/remote user support.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in desktop support, troubleshooting Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android OS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience imaging PCs and managing software licensing.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
