How you will make history here... The successful individual in this position demonstrates the ability to specify and implement processes/procedures that enhance product quality, reduce cost, increase plant efficiency and facilitates technology transfer. Works closely with product development associates and plant personnel to develop, test and implement processes to commercialize Soup & Broth products. Conducts process scale up from pilot plant to manufacturing. Designs and develops experimental test plans for feasibility, pilot plant & plant trial runs, and commissioning, validation and audits of manufacturing units of operation. Support one or more projects of moderate complexity and technical risk with little to no assistance. Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of production problems and implement effective solutions. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $91,800-$132,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
