The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing sales volume and profit margin by seeking out and establishing new business relationships and growing existing accounts assigned by management, as well as researching, identifying, and pursuing new market segments. This will be accomplished through in person visits, trade shows, industry networking events, phone, virtual, and email communication. Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan.
* Research leads, industries, and markets for potential product use.
* Outbound phone, virtual, and in person visits as well as networking with leads and customers.
* Continuously pursue new business opportunities/quotes and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Develop a complete understanding of all products and services provided by Wieland Metal Services
* Achieve agreed upon sales booking & billing targets assigned.
* Coordinate with commercial leadership, customer service, operations, and supply on material needs and sales order fulfillment.
* Effective use of CRM tools to keep track of customer relationships and provide detailed information regarding accounts.
* Provide intel and market trends based upon industry knowledge and customer feedback.
* Identify new and existing competitors and consistently monitor their activity.
* Grow existing accounts through new products & services.
* Assist the customer service team with key account maintenance.
* Contribute to positive EBITDA results for BUSV by practicing commercial excellence. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field preferred, but not required.
