Job Summary

E15 is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the Canteen reporting platform, driving client onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and platform development. This role will own the strategic direction, adoption, and continuous improvement of the platform, ensuring data transparency and actionable insights for Canteen's clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and strategic leader who can balance technical and business priorities while driving execution.

What you'll do:

  • Client Onboarding & Adoption
    • Refine and execute a structured process to onboard clients onto the reporting platform.
    • Identify and prioritize clients for onboarding in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Own and manage onboarding timelines, ensuring a smooth client experience.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (client managers, analysts, developers, data engineers) to facilitate onboarding.
    • Lead platform training sessions for internal stakeholders and external clients to drive adoption.
    • Develop strategies to streamline and scale client onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding platform updates and client onboarding progress.
    • Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Product Development
    • Gather, refine, and prioritize platform feature requests from diverse stakeholders.
    • Own the product development roadmap, ensuring that enhancements align with business priorities.
    • Partner with technical teams to plan and execute feature releases that improve platform usability and efficiency.
  • Leadership
    • Directly manage an onboarding analyst, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
    • Foster collaboration between the reporting team and other technical/business units.
    • Champion best practices for reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, product management, or a related field, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SQL, data validation, and data governance principles a plus
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
