Why do we need you ?

As a VIE, you will be in charge of supporting the IT PMO Director by coordinating the different initiatives for project management tooling for both our IT and Business teams, with the support of vendors and central IT teams in France.

The main role:

With the support of the IT PMO Director, Group IT and external Vendors, you will be in charge of:



  • Project Management Tooling coordination and support: Main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders for Project Management tooling requests (include Monday.com platform for the business teams and Service Now for IT teams). The requests can include new evolution requests, project demand, general questions or support requests;
  • User community management: Facilitate a user community through different communication channels (Viva Engage, emails, meetings...) to share information and collect user feedback to continuously improve the user experience and functionality of the tools;
  • Contribution to Training and Support material: Assist the PMO Director to develop training and support materials, to be used by the IT PMO to enhance effective user adoption of ServiceNow and Monday.com among IT and business teams;
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap for project management tools, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs and strategic goals. This roadmap will be defined in collaboration with the IT PMO Director;
  • Standardization and Process Optimization: Analyze current project management processes and workflows, recommending improvements to the IT PMO Director to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using the tools;
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of project management tools with other systems and applications;
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights to the IT PMO director and the IT leadership team into the project portfolios performance;
  • Project contribution: Based on the needs, contribute to some IT specific projects.

  • Remote work will be possible 2 days per week.
  • This is an 18-month mission, non-extendable.

  • You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Analytics, Business or any related fields;
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken); strong knowledge of French will be considered as an asset;
  • You ideally have a first experience with project management/project management tooling;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced multicultural environment;
  • You are results oriented, curious and reliable;
  • Exposure to latest technological trends, as it relates to the IT digital landscape, will be a plus. Exposure to tools such as Service Now or Monday.com are also nice to have, but not required since you'll have a training on site.

  • As a Project Management Tooling Product Owner VIE, you will be joining the IT Project Management Office (IT PMO) of the IT department of CertainTeed. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects by providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.


  • The team is tasked with:

    • defining and leading the IT project management process and projects portfolio, fostering close collaboration with business stakeholders across North America.
    • supporting project management tooling for both IT and business teams, enabling efficient planning, tracking, and reporting of project progress.
    • leading major IT projects to ensure their timely execution and success.
