Summary:

The International Operations Auditor supports the entirety of the International Operations department with a variety of duties and responsibilities that function as the core support of the unit. This is a critical role in the success of the department due to the attention to detail required for the position and the high level of dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Audits international shipping entries for accuracy
  • Makes any necessary corrections on shipping entries and invoices
  • Reissues corrected documents and invoices
  • Processes corrections in the system
  • Handles escalated disputes and communicates outcome to all involved parties
  • Issus reports related to audits and disputes
  • Audits CRAF shipments and processes invoices for payment

Skills & Experience:

  • Customer contact experience preferred
  • Experience with international transactions strongly preferred
  • Industry exposure desired (or relevant industry)
  • Willingness to talk to partners and clients on the phone to solve disputes and gather information
  • Proficient in MS Office

Pay Range:

  • $20.00 to $21.60 an hour
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
