Press Ganey's Consulting team is made up of industry leaders with deep expertise in nursing, patient experience, operations and healthcare leadership. We work with clients to address their biggest challenges by delivering customized action plans based on data-driven insights. Our strategic consultants lead with their experience both in healthcare and technology, investing in our clients' long-term goals to advance their business while improving performance. Press Ganey's Partnership Consulting team offers unique value in the market and for our clients by delivering against their organizational priorities. The team engages quickly to define and align priorities, gather and analyze data and provide strategic recommendations and a partnership plan for execution. Promoting organization wide improvement, Press Ganey's strategic partnership with our client's organization can help establish the system wide alignment required to deliver sustained improvement. The Senior Consultant coordinates and leads project teams of internal consultants, advisors, and growth professionals, overseeing the delivery of traditional and transformational human experience consults, strategic support, and projects across multiple clients. The Senior Consultant is ultimately accountable for the delivery services to assigned clients, typically large, complex organizations. Responsibilities include management of interdisciplinary teams, design of statistical, financial and operational analyses, quality control, development and presentation of client deliverables, management of existing client relationships, industry research, and expansion of business. Provides expertise and analysis with active role in executive interviews; responsible for creating and supporting executive summary content formation; and supports strategic roadmap based on client priorities. Ensures successful collaborations with core client account team and/or internal business units to transition strategic recommendations into actionable improvement plans for ongoing client relationships. Responsible for contributing and leading strategic internal innovation and collaborative projects to design, deliver and improve enterprise capabilities to meet and exceed perceived value with clients. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 - $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
