Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Grant & Contract Accountant, you will:
Prepare & Submit Billings - Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement requests for government and contractual grants.
Monitor Grant Spending - Track funding usage and compliance for assigned programs.
Ensure Compliance - Maintain proper documentation and assist with audits.
Support Program Administrators - Provide financial guidance and assistance as needed.
Prepare Financial Reports - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funders.

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Related Field (or equivalent experience).
2+ Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in grant or nonprofit accounting.
Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial reporting.
Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - Some travel to assigned sites required.
