POSITION SUMMARY

Accounts Receivable cash application in a multi-entity environment

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



  • Post and analyze AR cash
  • Maintain GL schedules in Excel for AR
  • Special analysis projects, as required
  • General filing
  • Perform other administrative support, as needed
  • Perform other essential functions, as assigned


      JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS



      • Tier One Automotive Experience Preferred
      • PLEX experience preferred
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Associates Degree in Business or Accounting preferred
      • Minimum of two years accounts receivable experience


      SPECIAL SKILLS



      • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel
      • Computer literate


      WORKING CONDITIONS



      • Normal office environment
