Advantage xPO has a unique opportunity for you in Cambridge, MA. We have a part-time, weekend-only shift available for a new Facilities Maintenance Technician. No more overnight shifts! Training is provided, so develop your skills here.

Pay: $35 - $40 per hour

Part-Time | 6 AM - 6 PM | Weekend Only | Saturday & Sunday

Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Description

• Start-up and secure all equipment in designated buildings.
• Assist with the structural trades.
• Answer trouble calls as required under direct supervision.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance work.
• Performs reporting/notetaking.
• Assists any tradesperson as required.
• Light carpentry and painting tasks.
• Utilize a voltage tester and/or multi-meter to verify that the electrical current is present.
• Stay up to date with safety and code changes by participating in seminars and other educational means.

The candidate selected must be comfortable climbing ladders, able to lift 75 pounds, and be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
