As a member of the Learning Solutions team, the Marketing Operations Intern will be primarily responsible for:

• Working with leadership to execute elements of the marketing strategy for the Learning Solutions organization, including social media execution
• Coordinating a successful marketing program, including communicating with internal subject-matter experts + cross-functional leads and connecting with established social media vendors
• Track and analyze impact across key metrics and make recommendations to improve success

This position will entail the following project management responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

• Organizing and coordinating critical meetings with internal and external decision-makers necessary to establish a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Translating meeting outputs and guidance from leadership into a clear, concise marketing strategy (PPT deck)
• Presenting findings and final strategy to a cross-functional team of leaders across the organization

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business,
• A proven track record of being a self-starter capable of taking guidance and independently working to complete a project
• A strong working knowledge of the marketing function and social media, and AI best practices
• High learning agility, demonstrated ability to understand and connect seemingly disparate data into a bigger picture
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• A passion for healthcare
• Interest in website design or UXI a plus

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '25 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
