Job Title: IT Service Continuity AnalystReporting To: Manager, IT ComplianceWork Schedule: Hybrid - Buffalo, NYOur team in Corporate Group is looking for an IT Service Continuity and Resilience Analyst to join them. You will report to the IT Compliance Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be on site at our corporate headquarters in East Aurora, New York, several days each week. In this role, you will identify and prioritize critical IT services and their dependencies. You will develop and maintain contingency plans, collaborating closely with stakeholders to address their needs. These plans will ensure rapid recovery in case of disruptions. Additionally, you will regularly test these plans to verify their effectiveness and ensure the organization is prepared to implement them. You will also report on key metrics to ensure adherence to necessary business processes.
