Description
The BI Analyst II, Member Insights is part of the growing Continuous Improvement organization and is an expert in member experience data. As the BI Analyst, you'll support a pivotal role in defining and improving the Customer Experience (CX) strategy through providing provide statistical and analytical support to key stakeholders by creating institutional and ad-hoc reports.
Primary Responsibilities:

Identify metrics to turn data into valuable insights using creative solutions, drive the business forward, and effectively communicating insights to key stakeholders including senior and executive leadership
*
Act as a subject matter expert in building, advising, and enabling enterprise reports, dashboards, and visualizations that will result in complex solutions for cross-functional initiatives
*
Drive member journey mapping by analyzing diverse data sets and uncovering insights that help create a deeper understanding of the member experience
*
Advance the Voice of Customer program and lead initiatives that will focus on continuous improvement across the enterprise and the entire member journey
Experience and Education Requirement:
*
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
*
Minimum 4 years' experience as a BI/Data Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry
*
Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects while producing high-quality work
*
Thrives in a dynamic environment and proactively identifies opportunities for CX improvements
*
Demonstrated experience using common business intelligence tools including OBIEE, BOBJ, MicroStrategy, Power BI with strong preference for Tableau
*
Strong knowledge of analytical programming languages including SQL, Python, R
*
Strong business acumen and leadership skills
*
Exemplary communication skills: oral and written, with ability to translate complex statistical and quantitative analysis into simple real-real world inferences for business teams and senior management
*
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders of different levels across the organization
*
Analytical and able to work with large datasets to identify actionable insights
*
Prior experience with customer survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics) and text analytics is preferred
*

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$95,000 - $105,000 annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA + Ridgepointe, WA:
$104,000 - $116,000 annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in San Jose, CA: $118,000 - $132,000 annually + annual bonus
