Working as part of a team of Wireless Test Technicians and Engineers, you will contribute to the provision of a Wireless testing service, specifically performing RF (Radio Frequency) testing on a large variety of IoT Wireless technologies, such as WLAN 802.11, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Cellular (GSM / W-CDMA / LTE / 5G NR), SRD 433/868MHz, VHF, etc. Key Responsibilities: Perform RF testing and validation on a variety of wireless devices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and documentation for RF and EMC testing. Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with clients to understand their testing requirements and provide technical support throughout the certification process. Maintain and calibrate RF testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators. Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FCC, CE, ETSI). Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for submission to regulatory bodies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems. Your qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering, specifically in the wireless and EMC testing and certification industry. Strong knowledge of RF testing principles and methodologies. Proficiency in using RF testing equipment and software tools. Experience with EMC testing and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information
