Description
A Quality Control Technician will safely collect samples, perform QA tests, and report conformance of aggregates, cements, cementitious materials and concrete products to specifications / standards. Minimum Requirements * General education including: arithmetic, grammar, computer and lab science (high school graduate or GED equivalent with biology, chemistry and/or physics). Preferred Requirements * 3 + years experience in all aspects of testing in the general construction industry Duties and/or Responsibilities * Safely collect material samples (aggregate, cement / cementitious and concrete products). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Work in a variety of environments from air-conditioned office / lab to hot/cold, dusty/muddy field conditions * Operate aggregate, cement / cementitious and concrete testing equipment.
