  • Generous Paid Time Off: You will receive 27 paid days off on an annual basis. During the first year of employment, your paid time off will be pro-rated based on date of hire unless otherwise dictated by state or local law. Your paid time off will consist of:

Hourly Rate: $ 16.00 PLUS Monthly Incentive Based On Sales Metrics

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Engage customers to quickly determine their needs and the best possible way to meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the customers' retail experience.
  • Create a welcoming and consultative environment that builds trust and helps the customers feel comfortable at every stage of their retail experience.
  • Commit to building long-term relationships with all customers.
  • Participate in trainings to develop interpersonal skills and selling capabilities.
  • Learn how to make effective recommendations and up-sell Tempur Sealy products.
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining the highest standards of presentation and product care.
  • Ensure that safety and security rules and procedures are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills in a consultative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting
  • Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards
  • Demonstrated team player able to both lead and follow
  • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours
  • Fluency with current retail software / computer systems
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lifting items with or without assistance.
