Description This is a Full Time, benefitted, salaried role as a Respiratory Therapist (RCP) Supervisor in Encinitas. The shift is on Night shift 1400-2200 Monday - Friday however you may need to be available outside of this timeframe on occasion for meetings and other events. Overall, the role requires leadership, management skills and a deep understanding of respiratory care practices. Here are some of the key duties: Staff Management and Supervision Quality Control and Compliance Patient Care Oversight Administrative Duties Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Continuing Education and Professional Development Quality Assurance Process Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Graduate of accredited respiratory Therapy School Three years or more of related experience. Required Certification/Registration: California RCP license RRT required BLS certified through the American Heart Association Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Bachelors/Masters degree preferred. ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
