SET THE COURSE

The Marketing Intern will be a part of the Marketing Strategy and Creative Operations team helping plan, develop, deploy, and measure marketing programs with the goals of 1) guest acquistion and retention, 2) increasing revenue across all channels and 3) building brand awareness and consideration. The Intern will have the opportunity to interact with and shadow the various marketing and business channel teams including Paid Digital, PR, Brand, Retail & Restaurant, Wholesale, Licensing, Omni Channel Promotions, Creative and Copywriting, Resort, Analytics, Organic Social and Email Marketing.

This is a paid internship opportunity that will last approximately 8 weeks during the summer break timeframe.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Assist Marketing Strategy leads with a variety of projects including: writing creative briefs, reviewing creative, analyzing campaign performance.
  • Set and lead "deep dive" meetings with each marketing channel and marketing business owner to gain an understanding of their role w/in the company, daily work, key projects, and career path.
  • Attend project kickoffs and creative reviews
  • Attend weekly performance meetings with digital agency and TB team
  • Attend various channel marketing meetings, weekly project status meetings, and monthly finance meetings
  • Flexible for other duties as needed to help support the overall business

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • An expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, or related degree.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (a plus)

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $24/h
