More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Plant Manager in Aurora, CO with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Leadership of all manufacturing including Operations, Warehouse, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Plant Engineering in collaboration with department managers (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, HR, Finance and others)
  • Development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans, including capital investment, business results, and annual productivity.
  • Drive the digital transformation of the plant with low-cost solutions and maximize the benefit of the already implemented systems.
  • Stimulate a culture and set conditions for continuous improvement to achieve best in class results for productivity, cost, quality and LEAN.
  • Manage flexibility of workforce and ability to adapt to fluctuations in demand, availability of material, customer requirements

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the area of Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Supply Chain or other similar discipline
  • 5+ years of experience leading large plant/manufacturing operations
  • SAP, SAP PR4 or similar Complex ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Lean/Six Sigma and Quality experience preferred

Salary: $148,100 -217,250 based on experience level

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 20%
