Summary:

In this role, you will play a crucial role in enabling and empowering members to achieve measurable and sustainable improvements in their process improvement initiatives. By driving the utilization and adoption of Vizient analytics products and solutions, the Product Advisor ensures that members derive maximum value from these tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to support hospital/IDN item master management and related processes.
• Ensure that the deliverables provided to members are relevant and meaningful in driving improvements within their facility.
• Collaborate with technical development staff to provide essential user feedback for the enhancement of Vizient product offerings.
• Ensure successful customer experience by providing training and coordination with sales, advisory support, and consulting teams.
• Build member confidence, increase member satisfaction, set achievable member expectations, take ownership of member problems, and ensure timely delivery of member requirements.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, actively listen to members, build strong relationships, remain flexible and open-minded, negotiate effectively, seek performance feedback, and handle constructive criticism.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, demonstrate enthusiasm and a sense of urgency, seize opportunities, motivate others to act with urgency, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred in business or related concentration.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience.in materials management, healthcare distribution, healthcare vendor, and/or group purchasing organization preferred.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles within the healthcare supply chain is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on quick turnaround and high-quality output.
• Proficient in using MS Office Products with a solid knowledge of all applications.
• Willingness to travel.
