We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Director of Business Development to lead our initiatives targeting large enterprise companies. This role will focus on acquiring net new logos and accounts while strategically positioning Supermicro's products and services to meet the unique needs of these clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and a proven track record of cultivating high-value relationships that drive significant revenue growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open to remote candidates anywhere in the US Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to acquire net new logos and accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Salary Range
$160,000 - $230,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
