About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that People & Culture continue to deliver their priorities. You'll workaspartofateamand must be aself- motivated,proactive,andout-of-the-boxthinker.

What you will be doing:
* Supporting the PMO to deliver the P&C priorities

* Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency

* Designs and implements Programme governance for People & Culture

* Creates and maintains People & Culture Programme plan and RAID log

* Analyze business and user needs, creating documentation of requirements with the ability to create/track and maintain project plans

* Collect, compile and analyze data, metrics and statistics for People & Culture

* Prepare reports and presentations on key metrics for Leadership

* Provide insight and recommendations to improve process to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency

* Ability to manage risks and issues
* Identifies and documents business strategies, objectives and drivers
* Assesses, applies and projects the impact of changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders
* Other related duties assigned as needed

What you will need:
* Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles

* 3+ years experience in a similar role

* Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
* Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
* Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
* Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
* Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
