PLANT MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility is
establishment of proper inventory stocking levels to provide expected services
levels to support the business, the replenishment and accurate maintenance of
the region's inventory, in compliance with Matheson's Preferred Vendor and
Private Label programs. Reports to: Inventory Control Manager (ICM).

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree - in Engineering
(Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear) - Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong commitment to Safety - 8+ year's
progressive experience in manufacturing management and leadership.
Military Experience including Navy
Nuclear Program is a Plus - Understand and follow established product quality procedures
and guidelines to ensure customers are receiving expected quality and purity of
product - Ability to manage production schedules.
