Responsibilities

The Sponsor a Systems Integrator with technical aptitude and strong demonstrated experience with accounting principles to assist an Information Technology (IT) organization gather cost information, including and recurring cost.

  • Assisting with understanding technical requirements and translating/correlating requirements to cost attributes
  • Demonstrated experience with accounting fundamental and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated experience with CAPTURE
  • Exhibit full awareness of financial resource requirements both for the execution year and budget out-years
  • Demonstrates excellent writing skills and ability to craft clear concise requests for funding and responses to taskings
  • Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills to brief management

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managers
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
  • Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software component

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
  • Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
