Mold Maintenance Specialist

Carfair is seeking a Mold Maintenance Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and longevity of our molds used in production. Your responsibilities will include the application of mold release agents, performing routine maintenance, and identifying and resolving any mold-related issues that arise. A strong ability to communicate effectively with production staff is crucial to ensure smooth operations. This is a physically demanding position that requires a great deal of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience with mold maintenance, particularly with gel-coat finishes and fiberglass reinforced plastics, is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various maintenance issues independently.
• Physical stamina to engage in tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in handling responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a production team.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality record.
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Experience in mentoring or training other employees is beneficial.
