Your Impact:

As a Business Performance Reporting Analyst within a results-oriented team, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of performance reporting across multiple business segments. This role is cross-functional, delivering trusted & transparent KPI metrics at an executive level across the complete customer life-cycle including Marketing, Risk & Underwriting, Revenue Operations, Partner Implementations, Product, Partner Success, and Partner Experience. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing wireframes, building dashboards, documenting process, and looking for trends in the results. Success in this role is measured by delivering a consistent view of performance by function across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Works with leaders to understand relevant key performance drivers within functions and documents requirements
  • Helps define metrics and develop wireframes
  • Works with data partners to locate & validate the source of truth for metrics
  • Constructs new dashboards, maintains existing dashboards, and performs ad hoc reporting when needed
  • Looks for interesting trends in the reporting and shares with stakeholders
  • Develops & maintains documentation on processes
  • Maintains an understanding of all partner life-cycle functions and greater Worldpay for Platforms strategies

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in reporting or analytics within a high-growth SaaS environment or Fintech
  • Exceptional reporting and analytical skills
  • Skilled in visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, CRM Analytics, or Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Experience working with senior leaders to gather requirements and design wireframes
  • Proven history of designing and delivering automated dashboards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates creativity, problem-solving & critical thinking
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to manipulate data in Excel, Alteryx, or Power Query a plus
  • Understanding of Hubspot or SFDC a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau Desktop and Server/Cloud
  • Experience working in ISV and or Payment Facilitation industry

The pay range for this full-time position is $93,640.00 - $157,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
